2. Description of Service

AI SVG Generator provides AI-powered tools for generating SVG graphics. We offer both free and paid services, including subscriptions and one-time credit packs.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Subscriptions: Monthly and yearly subscriptions grant credits that expire after 32 days (monthly) or 367 days (yearly).
• Credit Packs: One-time purchases of credit packs do not expire.
• Usage: Credits are consumed when generating SVGs. Expiring credits are always used before permanent credits.
• Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

Commercial Use: Users with a paid subscription or who have purchased credit packs are granted a commercial license to use the generated SVGs for personal and commercial projects.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
